Abstract
Objective:
Through the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the "five
provinces of Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS" cases in Henan region data
screening, entry, statistical analysis, to explore traditional Chinese medicine diarrhea
AIDS pathogenesis, in order to explain the pathogenesis of AIDS and "Ai Dushang
yuan"provide the basis for the hypothesis.
Method:
Pass filter in accordance with the standard case, the design of the "information
extraction table of cases," extract in patients with basic information such as name,
gender, age, home address, infection, risk of infection time and AIDS onset of diarrhea
and other seasonal illnesses such as diarrhea type of information , duration, degree of
incentives, with the symptoms, signs, tongue vein, the type of syndrome, type
EPIDATA for the use of statistical data analysis software packages,
general information on the patients and disease information using frequency analysis,
frequency analysis in the four diagnostic methods based on the information cluster
analysis and factor analysis.
Results:
General Information: 113 AIDS patients with diarrhea had no significant gender
differences in susceptibility; are Han Chinese; mainly concentrated in rural areas, was
highly focal distribution of the characteristics; Patients infected with the time 90 years
to 95 years for the peak period, amounting to 104 cases, accounting for %.
Age distribution: 41 to 50 followed by 54 cases of age, accounting for %; 30 ~
40 years of age 42 cases, accounting for %; 51 ~ 60 years of age in 15 cases,
accounting for %; <30 in 1 case, accounting for % ;> 60 in 1 case, accounting
for %; young adults infected with the most sexually transmitted may e a new
major means of infection.
