浅析私营企业期间费用的控制

摘要
近年来,我国企业,特别是私营企业的发展迅速,且为推动我国国民经济的发展做出了较大贡献。一方面,市场调节机制的杠杆作用为私营企业的发展提供了必要的外部环境保障,另一方面,市场经济转型也使得私营企业得以在发展过程中不断完善,在吸收人才并促进劳动力就业的同时,也为实现其自身的可持续发展打下了夯实的基础。然而,作为企业经营管理工作的重要组成部分,财务管理,特别是财务管理中期间费用的控制工作却迟迟得不到企业经营者和管理人员的重视。这使得企业在发展过程中,耗费了大量的成本,在增加了企业经济负担的同时,也对私营企业的发展产生了较大影响。
为了更好地提高私营企业财务管理效率,并使其为促进企业发展提供良好的内部保障,本文以期间费用的控制作为研究对象,通过对期间费用的概念与特征进行阐述,在结合期间费用控制相关办法的基础上,以事达钢构有限责任公司为例,对该家企业在期间费用控制方面出现的问题做出了详细分析,进而有针对性地为提高企业期间费用控制效率提出了合理的意见和建议。

Abstract
In recent years, China's enterprises, especially private enterprise's development is rapid, and to promote the development of the national economy in our country has made greater contribution.
