The Italian film <Life Is Beautiful> is written, directed and performed by Roberto Benigni .The film tells a story about a Jewish father and his son. In the movie , they are sent to the Nazi concentration camp ,but the father tells a lie to his son that they are playing a game because he cannot bear his 5-year-old son suffers from panic . He says that in order to get 1000 points quickly, they must obey the rules of the concentration camp, so that they can win a real tank. This film makes people smile with tears .As a result, it won many international prizes including the Oscar for the best foreign film.
Introduction
Roberto Benigni , who was born in October 27th , 1952 is a Italian director and edy actor. His is known as Italy’s Charlie Chaplin.<Life Is Beautiful> is based on his father’s experience of staying in the Nazi concentration camp for 2 years.
