反相高效液相色谱法测定奋乃静片含量
[摘要] 目的:建立测定奋乃静片含量的HPLC法。方法:采用Diamonsil TM C18色谱柱( mm×250 mm,5 μm), mol/L醋酸铵(pH )-甲醇(30∶70), ml/min ,检测波长为256 nm,柱温为40℃。结果:~ mg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r= 9,n=5),%,%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,专属性好,可用于奋乃静片的含量测定。

Content determination of Perphenazine Tablets by HPLC

[Abstract] Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of the content of Perphenazine Tablets. Methods: Diamonsil TM C18 column( mm×250 mm, 5 μm) wasused, the mobile phase was mol/L ammonium acetate (with acetic acid to pH )-methanol(30∶70) at the flow rate of ml/min. The UV detection wavelength was 256 nm, and the column temperature was 40℃. Results: The linear range was - mg/ml(r= 9, n=5) and the average recoveries was %(n=9) for perphenazine. Conclusion: The method proposed for determination of the content of Perphenazine Tablets was simple, rapid, accurate and specific, and can be used to determine the content of Perphenazine Tablets.

奋乃静(perphenazine)为化学合成的吩噻嗪类抗精神病药。抗精神病作用较***丙嗪强5~10倍,而镇静、安定作用较弱,主要用于精神分裂症症状性精神病,临床上除应用于严重精神病患者的治疗外,还用于镇吐、抗组***以及帕金森综合征的治疗[1]。虽然其药理作用尚未完全清楚,但普遍认为奋乃静的作用机制主要与其阻断中脑边缘
