Abstract
As the fast development of science and technology, the utilization of artificial
intelligence has been more and more widely used, and the performance
requirement of robots has been highly increased by many high-tech areas as well.
The intelligent function of robots is also meeting the demands, which is put into
use with the areas of industry, military and experiment.
This design adopts the AT89S51 MCU as car ’s detection and control center.
Tour line system uses the reflective infrared switch as black guide lines of
sensors detection; The obstacle avoidance system also uses the reflective infrared
sensors to perceive obstacles; Metal-detection system adopts inductive proximity
switches LJ12A3-4-Z/BY to make it happen, then send back the retrieved signal
to the MCU, which controls the car to drive in every area by the scheduled mode.
The driving system uses L298 N’s internal bridge circuit to control one-way
PWM DC motor; The Driving Distance system adopts Tran missive photoelectric
switch to perform the pulse count, and calculate the driving distance by distance
algorithm.
This design has added the infrared remote control to make it easier to control.
Meanwhile, to make it more humane and intelligent, it also adds the function of
voice broadcast to warn “vehicles launching ”,” obstacles avoidance ”, as well as
reporting the driving distance after the parking.
