摘要
沃尔玛在全世界范围内取得巨大成功的重要保障之一是快捷的、高效的和发达的物流配送体系。在中国,沃尔玛沿用原有的“统一配送”模式来管理旗下各连锁门店,即由配送中心来统一采购商品,再统一配送至旗下各个门店。配送中心作为整个物流系统的重要组成部分之一,它的建设、运营十分重要,而保证配送中心高效运行的重要基础是选择正确的地址来建立配送中心。合理的选址可以降低物流成本、提高物流效率,还可以影响甚至决定企业未来的发展机遇。正确选择配送中心的建设地址,提高物流配送系统在中国的运行效率是沃尔玛在中国发展的核心目标之一。
论文主要通过结合相关理论知识,运用文献资料法、调查法对沃尔玛成都配送中心的发展现状进行分析,并从中发现现有的配送中心已不能满足沃尔玛超市未来在川渝地区发展需要,笔者选择运用模糊综合评价法组建数学模型,为其下一个配送中心的选址地点提供参考。

Abstract
Efficient logistics and distribution system is the most important guarantee for Wal-Mart in the world to achieve great China,Wal-Mart uses the original "unified distribution" model to manage its chain the role of the distribution center is particularly important for Wal- location of distribution center is the first problem to be considered in the construction of distribution center and it is the basis to ensure the efficient operation of distribution location can reduce logistics costs and improve logistics has a decisive influence on the operation cost of the whole distribution center and the development trend of the enterprise in the the supermarket chain, the important role of the distribution center is more and more , it is one of the core objectives of Wal-Mart to correctly select the distribution center and improve the efficiency of the distribution system.
