楔横轧多楔同步轧制铁道车轴变形机理研究 *

摘要:楔横轧多楔同步轧制是成形铁道车轴最先进工艺之一。由于楔横轧多楔同步轧制是具有多个楔形的模具同时对轧件进
行径向压下和轴向延伸的塑性成形,变形机理复杂,弄清楔横轧多楔同步轧制铁道车轴变形机理,是实现铁道车轴楔横轧多
楔同步轧制成形技术的关键。本文在多楔轧制旋转条件理论基础上,建立楔横轧多楔同步轧制铁道车轴有限元模型,采用
Ansys/LsDyna 有限元软件,对多楔同步楔横轧轧制铁道车轴主要变形过程中,其变形特征与应力应变进行了系统的研究,
并对计算模型进行了试验验证,阐明了楔横轧多楔轧制铁道车轴成形过程中的变形特征以及应力场、应变场特征,获得了轧
件特征点的应力应变变化规律。研究结果为实现和推广楔横轧多楔同步轧制铁道车轴技术提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Multiwedge synchrostep rolling by crosswedge rolling is one of the most advanced methods which forms railway axles.
Because multidies roll rolled part from radial direction and axial direction at the same time, multiwedge synchrostep rolling by
