我国中小企业融资现状
摘要:随着我国经济的飞速发展,中小企业的地位越来越不容忽视,对我国经济发展的贡献也逐渐引起各方的重视,但是由于中小企业自身的特点,导致其在发展过程当中会遇到各种各样的问题,尤其是在起步时期遇到的融资问题使很多中小企业在发展初期就背负了巨大的负债压力,难以实现其本该有的朝气和活力,甚至把一些具有巨大潜力和非常好的发展前景的公司扼杀在摇篮里。本文就是根据这一问题对我国中小企业融资难的现象予以阐述和分析,并对解决这一现象的方法提出了作者自己的一些观点。

Abstract:With the rapid development of our economy,is ing more and more small and medium-sized enterprises can not be ignored,to the economic development of our country's contribution also gradually attention,but because of the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises,leading to encounter a variety in its development process problems,especially the problem of financing in the initial period to meet a lot of small enterprises in the initial stage of development has a huge debt pressure,it is difficult to achieve its present some of the vigor and vitality,and even kill some has great potential and good prospects for development of pany in the article is based on this problem to our country small and medium-sized

我国民营企业融资的历史非常悠久,甚至可以追溯到西周时期,改革开放以来,国家更是不断出台刺激政策,使我国中小企业的融资形式有了快速的发展。不断的出现新的融资、集资形式。目前,我国的中小企业有8000多万家,占全部企业总数的99%,提供了75%左右的城镇就业岗位,创造的服务价值和最终产品约占国内生产总值
