The similarities and differences of Erhu, Jinghu, BanHu, GaoHu
The same: two strings, similar structure.
Differences:
Erhu: the soft timbre, can play music from the south to the north.
Jinghu: sharp sound, more like Beijing Opera or PaiZiQu play paniment repertoire.
GaoHu: tone is exquisite, playing more southern music, such as guangdong music.
BanHu: hard and high tone, playing more northern music, such as the northeast Area, such as in shanbei region.
二胡:音色最柔和,可演奏的曲目由南到北都有。
京胡:音色尖利,多用如京剧曲目伴奏或牌子曲演奏高胡:音色细腻,多演奏南方的音乐,比如广东音乐。
