摘要
我国是一个化工、农药大国,也是危险化学品高发生率的地区之一,危险化学品一旦发生泄漏、火灾、爆炸等事故,就会对事故现场人员造成各种伤害,如果对伤员紧急救护处理不得当,将会严重威胁事故现场人员的生命健康。消防部队作为处置化学事故的中坚力量和灾害事故现场抢险救援的一支专业队伍,只有具备包括现场医疗急救在内的较强的综合能力和素质,才能更好地完成各类灾害事故、意外伤害的抢险救援任务。
本文通过对大量资料的查阅、分析、总结,阐述了化学事故现场人员造成的伤害。重点对化学性中毒和化学性灼伤进行详细讲述,分析了化学中毒和化学性灼伤对现场人员造成的伤害情况和特点,以及两种情况对人员伤害的途径和伤害机制进行了概括和总结。针对化学事故对现场人员造成的伤害,总结了化学事故现场伤员紧急救护对策的原则、基本程序和重点针对化学中毒和化学性灼伤伤员所采取的现场紧急救护措施,以及提出当前提高消防部队在化学事故现场紧急救护能力的构想。为消防部队在今后的化学事故现场对现场伤员实施正确的紧急救护措施、及时挽救现场伤员的生命提供一定的参考,具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract
Our country is a big country about chemical and pesticide, and also it’s one of the areas there are dangerous chemicals happen intensively. Once leakage of dangerous chemical, fire, explosion and so on occur, it will cause great injuries to people on the scene of accident, and if the emergency treatment is not right, it will influence the health of the wounded on the spot seriously. As the backbone of disposal to chemical accident and a professional team to rescue, they have to make themselves with prehensive ability and quality, only this, they could manage to deal with all kinds of disaster accidents and sudden injuries.
By referring to books, analysis and summary, the writer expounds injuries to the people on the scene of chemical accident, and tells chemical poisoning and chemical burns in detail, analyzing the state of injury and characteristics, and summing up the path to cause them and damage mechanism. As to injury cause to people on the spot, the writer summarizes the emergency countermeasures’ principles, basic procedures, especially for emergency measures about chemical poisoning and chemical burn patients. Finally, the writer puts forward assumption to improve the ability to rescue injurers by right emergency measures in the future, for reference for firemen to the life, which has certain directive significance.
