物业管理企业如何“树品牌”

内容摘要:品牌是企业的核心竞争力。21世纪是知识经济的时代,也是全球经济一体化的时代,市场营运的主体已经由“企业”让位于“品牌”,“品牌”是市场中最稳定的要素,也是企业的无形资产。物业管理企业如果没有在市场中被广泛认可的“品牌”,其在入世后的市场竞争中必将面临被淘汰出局的危机。然而,打造一个有价值的物业管理服务新品牌,不可能一蹴而就,它是一项复杂的系统工程。作为年轻的物业管理企业,它必须利用自己独特的经营理念、文化价值理念、先进的管理服务模式、崭新的企业运营机制,以及具有自身特色的企业文化、社区文化,致力打造与国际市场、国际品牌接轨的具有鲜明自身特色的物业管理新品牌。

Abstract:The population of the Brand is the main resource of the enterprise petition. The 21 century is the century of knowledge economic, it is the ages for economic globalization, and the principal part of marketing has already been transformed from "enterprise" to "Brand". "Brand" is the most stable element in marketing, and it is the invisible assets of the enterprise. If the House Property pany does not have the popular "Brand", it would probably be eliminated in the petitive market after we join WTO. Whereas, we cannot create a valuable brand of House Property Manage in one day. It is plex Engineering. As a young House Property pany, we have to make most use of our special concept of managing, our culture values, our advanced managing mode, our progressed working system and our characterized enterprise culture, community culture to create a new House Property Manage brand which is able to connect with international market and international brand and has its own vivid character
