基于全科医学理念开展老年病教学模式改革研究与实践

摘要:我国已经入老龄化快速增长阶段,对老年病医生的需求增加。我们在老年病教学引入全科医学理念,开展老年病教学模式的改革,重视整体诊疗思路,对老年人实施疾病管理和健康管理、全面理解临终关怀,同时采用传统授课模式、PBL教学法、循证医学WORKSHOP和社会实践相结合的灵活的授课方式,取得了良好的教学效果。

Introduce General Practice Conception to Reform Geriatrics Clinical Teaching

Abstract: China has entered the aging society and the demand of geriatric doctors increased; We introduced general practice conception into geriatrics clinical teaching, reformed teaching mode,applied whole diagnosis and treatment ideas;We taught disease management and health management to students, and taught them prehend hospice. In our geriatrics teaching we have adopted a flexible teaching method bines traditional teaching mode, PBL teaching, Evidence-Based Medicine WORKSHOP munity practice, and obtained a good teaching result.
