关节镜下有限清理术结合中药治疗高龄膝骨性关节炎

【摘要】:目的探讨膝关节镜下有限清理术结合内服中药综合治疗高龄膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法自2009年10月~2010年7月,对27例43膝,年龄75岁~89岁高龄老人的膝关节骨性关节炎采用膝关节镜下有限清理术及服用中药综合治疗,并获随访观察疗效。结果43膝,术后随访3-12月,优10膝,良29膝,可2膝,失访1例,%。结论膝关节镜下有限清理术结合中药综合治疗高龄老人的膝关节骨性关节炎,是较为理想的方法。

Treatment on osteoarthritis of the knee in elder patients by limited arthroscopic bined with Chinese herbs
Abstract: 【Objective】To investigate therapeutic effect of arthroscopic bined with Chinese herbs on osteoarthritis(OA)of the knee in elderly patients.【Methods】Limited arthroscopic bined with Chinese herbs were performed on 27 osteoarthritic patients(43 knees)aged during 75~89 from October 2009 to July 2010 ,and the patients were follow-up.【Results】The follow-up period was 3 to 12 months. The results were excellent in 10 cases, good in 29 cases, normal in 2 cases, missing contact in 1 case. The rate of excellent and good results was %.【Conclusions】Limited arthroscopic bined with Chinese herbs is an effective method for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee in elder patients.
