阿昔洛韦滴眼液联合中药治疗老年带状疱疹的临床分析

【摘要】目的观察阿昔洛韦滴眼液联合中药(复方板蓝根颗粒丹参注射液黄芪注射液)治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将临床确诊带状疱疹的69例老年病人随机分成治疗组和观察组。两组常规预防感染和对症治疗观察组35人视情况给予阿昔洛韦滴眼液外涂患处,同时服用板蓝根颗粒;对照组34例口服阿昔洛韦片、维生素,观察用药后老人的症状和体征。%.疼痛消退时间结痂出现时间明显优于对照组结论阿昔洛韦滴眼液联合中药治疗老年带状疱疹疗效明显优于口服阿昔洛韦片,而且早期应用阿昔洛韦滴眼液能迅速止痛、止疱,并且采用中药治疗有利于神经恢复减少后遗神经痛的发生对老年人的生活质量有提升作用。
