摘要
投资是企业发展生产、提升企业核心竞争力的必经之路。从长期的投资实际来看,投资风险是不可避免的。企业能否把资金投资于收益高、见效快、风险小的项目上去,对企业的生存和发展至关重要。在市场经济条件下,市场的各项因素均按照其自身的规律发展、变化,许多因素在决策初期难以准确地确定其变化范围和程度,而这些市场因素又直接影响经营成本效益,工程建设项目具有投入大、生产周期长、不确定因素多、施工条件可控性弱等特点,如果不加防范,很可能会影响工程建设的顺利进行,甚至酿成严重的后果。
本文旨在探讨如何将项目风险管理的理论、方法、技术和手段运用于工程项目管理中,从而帮助工程项目管理者有效规避风险,实现预期收益。本文通过对项目的决策和实施阶段存在的风险因素进行风险分析(包括风险识别、风险估计、风险评价),阐述了风险管理的具体内容,最终提出了从工程建设项目实施前的风险预测。评估到工程建设实施阶段的风险分析、控制及防范措施,可给工程建设项目不同阶段的风险评估及管理工作提供参考。

Abstract
The investment is the integrant way of the enterprises’ development and enhancing the the matter of fact,the investment risk is is so essential to the enterprises’ existence and development whether the enterprises put the capital on the projects of high e,quick feedback and low the marketing economy,the factors of the economy develop and change following by the market discipline,then many factors cannot be ensured their scope of the these factors influence the costs and profits engineering construction projects have the characters such as much devotion,long production period,more uncertain factors,weak control of the construction condition
