居民参与对社区建设的促进作用
---以兰州市水挂庄社区为个案的研究
[论文摘要]: 在社会多元化、政治民主化和城市现代化的推进下,社区居民参与逐渐成为中国城市社区建设的新主题和新动力,居民参与在社区建设中占有非常重要的地位作用。一个有活力,有创造力,有效率的社区,都是居民参与率相对较高的社区。居民能够主动参与社区事务,说明他把自己的利益和社区的命运紧密的联系在一起了,把社区当成了自己的家,这是社区建设的活力,社区建设的基础,社区建设的源泉。本文主要以水挂庄社区为个案研究、分析社区居民参与的现状、作用及如何进一步拓展居民在社区建设中的参与面。
