九 Patterns 紙版
1 Patterns inmate to only help the stitching room not the lasting room
紙版只為方便針車而設計,非為拉幫.
2 Toe cap-tip is not sprung to correct problem of wrinkles around toe
鞋頭蓋(紙版的制度不對)以致鞋頭有不平順(有牙齒).
3 Pattern over all is too short,causing shoe to be pulled too hard
整體而論,紙版設計得太小了,以致於拉幫用力過大.
4 Pattern is graded wrong. 5 Pattern is too loose at bottom of back.
紙版紙放錯誤後幫(或後跟)部位紙板太緊.
6 Pattern is too loose at top of back 7 Pattern is too tight at bottom of back.
鞋口的部位太鬆,紙板不夠合. 後幫(或後跟)部位紙板太緊.
8 All patterns for materials must be made to allow toe to be pulled at toe lasting
just hard enough to lay material on last without wrinkles shoe must not be pulled too
hard-causing excessive toe spring after last is removed form shoe and distortion of entire shoe because of emery of
material.
所有型體不論是PU或是PVC的材質,紙板的設計,必須考慮到頭幫的材料置於楦頭上用力恰當,不致於用於過猛,
否則拔楦後因為材料的伸縮性不同,導致鞋頭翹度太高.

紙板級放之前須將基本號的紙板修改正確為止.
