本文从工程项FI风险管理及效來评估的实践出发,在相关理论研究的基础上,对工程项□投资决策阶段、建设阶段、运营阶段的风险冈素进行全面分析, 以风险因素分析为依据构建了工程项目风险管理及效果评估体系,并提出了和应的风险管理对策。本文所构建的工程项A风险管理及效果评估体系是一个基本框架和思路,其完善、实践还需要结合不同项0的具体实际进行,这将是下一步研究的重点。
Risk management and evaluation of Engineering projects
[Abstract] This paper take engineering project for example,assesses its cogeneration project risk management in cogeneration project investment decision stage,construction stage and operation stage based on the related theoretical research. And finally puts forward corresponding risk management strategy.
This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research on project risk management. Then briefly discusses the definition, classification and features of the project risk, and the concept, basis, steps and content of project risk management. Based on the project life cycle
theory, this paper divides the engineering project life cycle into three stages investment
decision stage, construction stage and operation stage. Then the project risk factors of the three stages were analyzed respectively. Then based on the above analysis of risk factors, this paper constructs the project risk management index system of engineering project and the project risk management and assessment model. Lastly, according to the analysis of risk factors and evaluation system, this paper puts forward corresponding risk management strategies direct at the investment decisions stage,construction stage and operation stage respectively.
