导电针织物的可编织性能研究

摘要:通过在横机上编织平针和满针、1+1 及 2+2 罗纹组织,分析讨论了不同编织工艺参数对金属、碳和镀银有机
导电纤维可编织性能的影响,特别探讨了这些工艺参数对导电纤维的成圈难度的影响. 该研究达到了对导
电纤维及其纱线编织工艺进行优化的目的,为此类功能针织产品的加工和应用提供了依据.

Study on knittability of conducting knitted fabric

Abstract:Based on the knitting process of the jersey, full rib, 1 +1 rib and 2 +2 rib on flat knitting machine, the
influences of the different parameters on the knittability of the metals, carbon and silver anic
conductive fibers are discussed, specially on the evaluation about difficult knittability of the conductive fibers
because of different parameters. The results show that the optimize knitting technology of conductive fiber and
yarn is obtained, and a basis for the processing and application of this functional knitwear products is provided.
