基于PLC的圆形旋转立体车库系统.doc

摘要
立体车库是专门实现各种车辆的自动停放及科学寄存的仓储设施。随着城市汽车保有量的不断增加,停车难问题己经成为大中型城市的一个普遍现象。机械式立体车库可充分利用土地资源,发挥空间优势,最大限度地停放车辆,成为解决城市静态交通问题的重要途径。本课题以较为典型的升降横移式立体车库为研究对象,综合考虑立体车库制造成本和运行效率的双重因素。
本文在对国内外车库现状及发展趋势做了充分调研的基础上,选择三层圆形车库结构为研究模型,可分为三大部分:车库结构部分、传动机构部分和控制系统部分。本文简单介绍了车库的主体结构和特点,对车库的控制系统也作了简单的说明,运用力学理论对立体车库的结构进行了全面的力学分析,包括立体车库的框架结构的强度、传动系统中和升降传动系统中轴的强度等。在对旋转圆形立体车库控制系统的设计中,采用了先进的PLC控制,运用三菱公司的编程软件编制了立体车库控制系统的程序,并经调试、运行,证明采用可编程序控制器(PLC)作为控制系统简单易行。其稳定、可靠、快速、性价比高的特点使得控制系统非常完美。

Abstract
Three-dimensional garage is a warehouse facilities which is special to realize all kinds of vehicle’s automatic parking and scientific storage. Along with the amounts of city car has increased, the problem of parking is difficult and it has been mon phenomenon in the large and medium-sized cities. Mechanical stereo garage can make full use of land resources, play space advantage, park the car utmostly, and e an important way of solving the static traffic problems. This topic takes a more typical lift-sliding stereo garage as the research object,and considers the manufacturing cost of stereo garage and the double factors of operational prehensivly.
Basing on the fully research of the garage’s current situation and development trend at home and abroad , this topic chooses three circular garage structure as the research model. It can be divided into three parts: the garage structure , transmission mechanism and control system. This paper briefly introduces the main structure and characteristics of the garage, also makes a simple description of the garage control system, and uses the theory of mechanics to make prehensive mechanics analysis of three-dimensional garage structure, which including the strength of frame structure with three-dimensional garage, transmission system and elevator drive system axis, etc. In the design of rotating circular three-dimensional garage control system, we use the advanced PLC control and the programming software of pany to work out three-dimensio
