电器盒盖注塑模具设计

摘要
注塑模具说明书主要阐述了基于CAD技术的塑料注塑模具的设计、制造及其工艺方案的制定,并且着重介绍了注塑加工方法、模具的结构及模具零件的设计制造。本设计采用点浇口,利用直导柱导向,推杆顶料,脱模板完成脱模。如此设计出的结构可确保模具工作运用可靠。最后分析了模具的工作过程,,编制了主要成型零件的工艺规程。并用Auto 。
目前模具行业已比较成熟,很多零件日趋标准化,可以直接从市场上购买到,所以本次主要设计项目是零件型腔的设计、制造及其工艺。在本论文中对生产工艺方案做了初步分析探讨。

Abstract
The main injection mold is presented based on the plastic injection mold CAD technology in the design, manufacture and process for the formulation of programs, and emphatically introduces the processing method injection, die structure and the design of the mold parts manufacturing. This design USES the point runner, use straight guide pin orientation, push rod roof material, to take off the plete patterns. So the structure of the design to ensure reliable mold work. Finally the working process of the mold are analyzed, and the main forming parts of the procedure. And AUTOCAD and draw a mold assembly drawing and drawing.
At present mold industry is more mature, more standardized many parts, can buy directly from the market, so the main design project is part of the design, manufacturing and cavity process. In this thesis on production process scheme made a preliminary analysis is discussed.
