船舶机舱自动化研究论文.doc

摘要
本论文结合电站自动化系统和主机遥控系统应用实例,依据船舶自动化系统设计经验以及沪东厂成功建造的各型船舶,就船舶机舱自动化现状、功能和特性、现行规范对自动化船舶分级及入级设计要求、主要配置的监测、报警、辅机的遥控操作和自动切换以及自动化系统的试验、验收等进行了综述;较好地总结了船舶自动化系统的设计规律,基本理顺了船舶自动化系统设计思路,可以指导今后的船舶自动化造船设计工作。并以此为基础,关注船舶电气自动化的新技术及发展方向。并进而展望未来船舶自动化发展趋势,紧跟电气自动化的发展潮流,以适应现代的船舶造船设计之需要。使我们的造船设计水平再上新台阶,并为我国建造高水平的船舶作出贡献。

ABSTRACT
In this paper,close1y connecting with the actual appication of automatization on power station and main engine remote control,and based on the experiences in automatization design together with the essively-built vessels of all kinds in our yard,summarized descriptions will go to the present status,performance and characteristics of automatization in machinery room,analysis and discussion will also be given to classified requirement by rules and regulation on system design of monitoring,alarm,remote control and automatic shift of main and auxiliary equipment including test and inspection;all of which by summarizing the design skeleton and the design ideals on ship automatization,have made some guidance with ship automatization design in the future. Future more,close attention will be paid on the development of new technology on ship automatization by looking into the distance of tendency on the development of ship automatization and keeping up with the Joneseson the development of electric automaticzation,so that. Which can be qualified in shipbuilding design requirement in the 2l century. In the end,the paper is to aim at raising the shipbuilding design to a higher level as a contribution to building advanced ship in China.
