摘要
本文介绍的是温室的顶棚设计及开窗设计。VENLO型结构是目前比较流行的一种结构形式。这种结构采用了水平桁架做主要承力构件。水平桁架与立柱之间为固接,立柱与基础之间的连接采用铰链。水平桁架上承担2个以上小屋面。
本次设计的主要是扭矩分配式温室开窗系统,提供了一种利用一台减速电机驱动多排温室窗户打开和关闭的扭矩分配式温室开窗系统。在温室开窗用的减速电机驱动轴上,按照需要打开几排温室窗户安装几个扭矩分配器,并在每排温室窗户的开窗驱动轴上对应扭矩分配器处安装蜗轮减速箱,将扭矩分配器的输出端与蜗轮减速箱的输入端连接、蜗轮减速箱的输出端与开窗驱动轴连接,这样一台减速电机的传动扭矩可通过减速电机驱动轴上的多个扭矩分配器传递到多个开窗驱动轴上,就可以实现一台减速电机驱动多排温室窗户打开或关闭的效果。与现有温室开窗系统相比,本实用新型造价低,使用的减速电机台数减少,能节约成木运行费用,囚而是一种高效率、低成本的温室开窗系统。
