摘要
随着科学技术的快速发展人类社会工程实践的不断深入,项目已普遍存在于我们的工作生活中,并对社会发展和我们的工作、生活产生重要影响。人们渴望项目成功,不断探寻项目成功的奥秘。项目作为一个专业术语,有其科学含义。只有正确理解项目的科学内涵,掌握项目的基本特征和规律,才有可能实施科学的项目管理,也才可能趋利避害,有效控制和项目风险。
本文运用风险管理的基本理论,结合建筑工程风险管理的特点,选择建筑工程项目为案例研究对象,对分析建筑工程风险管理的施工单位、整个经济和社会都具有重要的意义。风险管理能为各施工单位提供安全的生产经营环境,能促进其决策的科学化、合理化,能促进其经济效益的提高,并保障其经营目标的实现。减少风险带来的损失及其不良后果,有利于创造出一个保障经济发展和人民生活安宁的社会环境,从而引领社会的正常运转和长久发展。

ABSTRACT
Along with the progress of the society and the improvement of living standards, the national economy and modernization construction is rapid development, China's large-scale construction engineering projects grew rapidly, an increasingly large scale, lead to the capital increase, construction period lengthen. Therefore, risk consciousness is emerging, "risk" is a word has e the call of The Times and requirement, however, for large construction engineering project risk management research is particularly important.
This paper uses the basic theories of the risk management, combined with the large construction engineering risk management features, selection of large construction project as a case study, the analysis of large-scale construction engineering risk management of the construction unit, the whole economy and society to have the important meaning. Risk management for the construction units to provide a safe production environment, which can promote decision-making science to change, rationalize, can promote the improvement of its economic benefits, and guarantee the operation to achieve the goal. Reduce the risk loss and its adverse consequences, helps create a guarantee of economic development and people's life and peaceful social environment, thereby leading the society's normal operation and long-term development.
