〔摘要〕核事故中的医学应急救援不同于一般灾害事故的医学应急救援,它有着特殊的伦理要求。在核事故的医学应急救
援中,需要确立全局责任的伦理观念,要有环境道德意识,要具备安全道德理念,需要发扬革命英雄主义精神。

Abstract: The medical first aid in the nuclear power plant accident is different from that in mon acci-
dent,which demands the special ethics. When dealing with the emergency in the nuclear power plant accident,not
only do we need to pay attention to the ethics concept of a global responsibility and the sense of protecting the envi-
ronment,but also we are supposed to have the sense of security and carry forward the revolutionary heroism spirit.
