摘要
内蒙古黄岗矿业公司I区选矿厂年处理量为150万吨原矿,给矿粒度为500~0mm,选厂设计为一次性平地建厂。
黄岗铁矿属于中硬度矿石,含泥量小,设计采用三段一闭路破碎流程;矿床中有磁铁矿和锡矿等29种可利用元素。磁铁矿的粒度不均匀且较粗,~,所以设计采用阶段磨矿,阶段磁选工艺;第一段分级设计采用水力旋流器,第二段分级设计采用高频细筛。%。矿石经第一段磨矿分级后,分级溢流进入第一段磁选,%,%,%;粗选产品经过细筛和浓磁后进入第二段磨矿,细筛的筛下产品进入第二段磁选,%,%,%;此时大量的尾矿被甩出,然后第二段磁选产品再进入第三段磁选,磁选产品品位为66%,%,%;精矿经浓磁过滤,%。
