摘要
近年来随着就业形势的严峻以及国家对新农村建设的关注,选取刚毕业的大学生到农村担任工作已经作为一种长效机制提了出来。“大学生村官”作为一个崭新的名词出现在国家的政策中,这项政策不但有助于缓解当前大学生的就业压力,更是对我国践行科学发展观,加快推进社会主义新农村建设,培养造就党政干部后备人才的一项重要举措。在农村文化建设中大学生村官具有诸多的优势:科学文化知识水平高,学****能力强,组织能力强,思想活跃,适应和沟通能力强;工作热情高,自信心较强;网络应用能力强和消息更新快等优势。他们起到完善农村的法制建设、信息向导、传播新理念、树立农民信仰、搭建城市文化资源向农村社会渗透的桥梁等作用。
但是在“大学生村官”政策具体实施过程中任然面临一系列的问题,造成我国农村“村官空巢”现象。本文是从大学生村官政策的出台背景及现象、村官空巢现象出现的原因、村官空巢现象带来的危害,进行分析和情况进行总结,并对解决村官空巢的现象提出了一些方法和建议。
