摘要
ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning,企业资源计划)是一种基于计算机辅助信息系统的现代企业管理模式,它致力于企业管理的各个活动环节中,充分利用现代信息技术建立信息网络系统,使企业经营管理活动中的物流、信息流、资金流、工作流加以集成和综合,实现现代资源的优化配置,加快企业对市场的反应速度,从而提高企业的管理效率和水平,并最终提高企业的经济效益和竞争能力。发达国家的许多企业纷纷采用这一管理模式对企业的各项经营活动进行管理,随着经济全球化和市场竞争的日益激烈,我国一些企业开始进行了一些有效的尝试。ERP管理正成为我国企业管理方式的一个热点,但在此背后,我们应该清醒的认识到ERP在我国企业管理发展历程中的实际状况和应用前景。唯有如此,才能更好地领会ERP技术的实质和内涵,为我所用,提升我国企业在国际市场上竞争力。
