浅谈华联超市人力资源管理现状及对策.doc

当前经济高速发展,市场竞争日益激烈,人的因素越来越成为企业实现自己战略目标的关键因素,人力资源管理已成为企业管理工作的核心。零售业的管理,其核心就是对人的管理。员工是超市最重要的资源,也是超市获取竞争最有力的工具。员工管理的好坏直接关系到一个超市的兴衰成败。看看所有成功的零售业超市,几乎无一例外的取决与对员工的成功管理。新的形势下,我国零售业面临着前所未有的挑战,加强人力资源管理是其得以生存并长期稳定发展的必要举措。
我国零售业为数众多,员工素质参差不齐,如何管理好这些员工,是令许多管理者头痛的问题。本文结合济南华联超市的实际情况,对目前零售业人力资源管理环境的特殊性及当前我国的零售业人力资源管理的问题进行分析,并提出相关的措施,希望我们的企业管理人员能够正视问题,加以改进。

Staff management will have a direct bearing on the ess or failure of a supermarket. Look at all essful retail supermarket, almost without exception, depends on the essful management of employees. The new situation, China's retail industry is facing unprecedented challenges, strengthening human resource management is its survival and long-term stable development of the necessary measures.
Large number of our retail employees uneven quality, how to manage these employees are so many managers headaches.
