摘要
信息、物质与能源已构成当代文明的三大支柱。信息作为企业战略资源,在未来的科学技术和经济社会的发展中扮演着至关重要的角色。信息资源管理的根本目的是提高组织的绩效和竞争力,通过战略管理和高层管理这两方面可以有效提高组织绩效。我国大部分企业信息资源并没有得到很好的开发与利用,意识超前但信息资源不足;信息处理手段落后;信息资源利用率偏低;管理体制缺陷等问题阻碍了组织绩效的提高,影响了企业的竞争力。在我国企业信息化建设进程中,企业可以从加大投入力度,做好信息资源规划;加大引进和培养力度,提高企业信息资源管理人员的水平;建立健全企业信息资源管理机构,提高信息资源利用率等方面着手,来提高信息资源管理的效率,以达到提高组织绩效的目的。只有充分了解信息资源管理对组织绩效的影响,才能抓住重点,提高信息资源利用率和组织绩效,为企业的长远发展提供保障。

ABSTRACT
Information, material and energy constitute the three pillars of contemporary civilization. Information as the enterprise strategy resources, will be playing the very important role in future science and technology and in economic society's development. Information Resources Management of the fundamental purpose is to anizational performance petitiveness, through strategic management and senior management in these two areas can effectively improve anizational performance. Our country majority of enterprise information resource has not obtained the very good development and the use, consciousness but information resource is in advance insufficient; The information processing method is backward; the information resource use factor is somewhat low; questions and so on management system flaw have hindered anization achievements enhancement, has affected enterprise'petitive power. In our country enterprise informationization construction process, the enterprise may from increase the investment dynamics, completes the information resource plan; Increases the introduction and raise dynamics, raises the enterprise information resource administrative personnels' level; establishes the perfect enterprise information resource management structure, raises aspects and so on information resource use factor to begin, enhances the information resource management the efficiency, achieves the anization achievements the goal.
