永康电动工具企业降低采购成本的对策分析
摘要现代企业面对需求多样化和个性化的双重挑战,企业的物资采购不但要能够满足生产过程对物料多样化的需求,以保证企业生产出个性化的产品,并且需要以最低的采购成本完成这一环节,从而使企业的生产成本整体降低。因此,采购成本的高低对于企业成本的构成及提升企业竞争力有着举足轻重的作用。
本文首先对永康电动工具行业做了概述。电动工具作为永康市八大支柱产业之一,外向型特征十分明显,外贸出口是电动工具行业生存与发展的一大支撑。凭借着成本和地域优势,永康市电动工具行业在国际上占有较大的市场份额。从市场上看,永康市已经成为我国电动工具重要的生产和出口基地。其次,对永康电动工具企业采购成本现状进行分析,目前永康电动工具企业通过电子商务平台、对采购人员的培训、积极参加各地五金展选择供应商,从而降低采购成本。然而永康电动工具企业就其家庭式兴起特点,采购成本依然存在着很大的下降空间,企业采购计划主要来源于往年的采购经验和销售量,以及采购人员没有受过专业教育,本文将从采购制度和采购形式两方面阐述采购成本中存在的问题。最后,表明降低采购成本带来的重大意义,指出永康电动工具行业降低采购成本的策略:建立健全采购制度;优化采购形式;借助ERP砍采购成本;以及企业降低采购成本的其他具体方法。

Abstract Modern enterprise in hot petition faces the challenge such as need diversification and individuation。Business purchasing must not only meet the demand of material diversification for individuation production, but plete this tache at the lowest price to reduce the cost of production .Thus making out that cost of purchasing logistics is important for production cost and improving petition.
