摘要
信息技术的飞速发展,推进了各个领域迈进电子化的进程。作为国家机关以及
企事业单位的重要组成部分,办公自动化已经越来越受到各方的重视,在此方面
的投入也是越来越大。而当前计算机网络安全的提高、计算机软件开发技术的逐
渐成熟,都为办公自动化的发展创造了良好的条件,展现了美好的前景。
本文以作者工作单位办公自动化系统的实际需求为背景,利用软件工程思想,
设计并开发完成了基于J2EE的办公自动化系统。设计开发工作包括业务需求分析、
系统框架设计、功能模块开发等部分。论文的主要内容如下:
(1)通过对办公自动化的全面阐述,分析了目前办公自动化发展的现状和不
足,为自己的开发工作划定了问题域范围;
(2)利用UML建立了系统功能模型及相关数据模型;
(3)分析并研究了工作流管理在办公自动化中的应用,根据分析建立相应的
工作流模型;
(4)设计了具体的业务流程并对系统功能模块进行分解设计,按照数据库设
计原则,进行数据库结构规划,并利用Hibernate技术实现数据库关系的映射;
本次开发的办公自动化系统融合了当前流行的管理思想,即对工作流、信息流
和文档管理的规范管理和重复利用,为本单位提供了一个先进、高效的信息化工
作平台。对管理层而言降低管理成本,提高管理力度;对员工而言,降低工作时
间,提高工作效率。通过系统的实施,整合了本单位内部各部门资源,加快了信
息流通、规范了办公流程、提高了办事效率。

distributed application model and a set of technical specifications, multi-level
distributed application model is based on the application of logic function into multiple

J2EE-based office automation systems, including business requirements analysis,
