升降横移式立体车库及控制系统的设计 I
摘要
立体车库是专门实现各种车辆的自动停放及科学寄存的仓储设施。随着城市
汽车保有量的不断增加,停车难问题己经成为大中型城市的一个普遍现象。机械
式立体车库可充分利用上地资源,发挥空间优势,最大限度地停放车辆,成为解
决城市静态交通问题的重要途径。本课题以较为典型的升降横移式立体车库为研
究对象,综合考虑立体车库制造成本和运行效率的双重因素。
本文在对国内外车库现状及发展趋势做了充分调研的基础上,选择两层两列
式车库结构为研究模型。升降横移式立体车库就其组成部分而言,可分为三大部
分:车库结构部分、传动机构部分和控制系统部分。本文简单介绍了车库的主体
结构和特点依据升降横移式立体车库的运行原理,运用力学理论对升降横移式立
体车库的结构进行了全面的力学分析,包括升降横移式立体车库的框架结构的强
度、横移传动系统中轴的强度和升降传动系统中轴的强度等。为了使停车设备满
足使用要求,根据国家关于机械式停车设备通用安全要求的标准、升降横移式立
体车库的实际,在升降横移式立体车库中使用了一些必要的安全技术,这样保证
了车辆的绝对安全,使得整个车库可以安全平稳的运行。

Abstract
The threedimensional garage specifically to achieve a variety of vehicles,
automatic parking and scientific storage warehouse facilities. With the increasing
urban car ownership, parking difficult problem has e mon phenomenon
for large and mediumsized cities. Mechanical threedimensional garage utilize on
land resources, play space superiority, to maximize parking as an important way to
solve the static urban traffic problems. Subject to the more typical lifting and
transferring type parking study, considering the dual factors of the threedimensional
garage manufacturing costs and operating efficiency.
In this paper, a full investigation on the basis of domestic and foreign garage
situation and development trend, two two garage structure model for the study. Lifting
and transferring type parking of its components can be divided into three parts: the
garage structural parts, transmission parts and control parts of the system. This paper
briefly introduces the framework of the garage of the main structure and
characteristics of the use of mechanical theory based on the operating principle of the
lifting and transferring type parking to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the
mechanical structure for lifting and transferring threedimensional garage, including
the lif
