摘要
本设计的主要内容为氮气贮罐罐体的制作工艺及工装设计。罐体主要由筒节和封头组成,封头选用的材料为24mm厚的Q345D钢板;筒节选用的材料为22mm厚的Q345D钢板。筒体的公称直径是2800mm。根据压力容器的分类标准,此贮罐属于Ⅲ类容器,其制造、检验和验收符合GB150-2005之规定。本文在讨论Q345D焊接性的基础上,详细制定了氮气贮罐容器的制作工艺和封头冲压模具的设计。
产品制作工艺说明书中,简要分析了氮气贮罐的构成、各部分的材料及力学性能和制作使用要求;详细论述了该容器的装配焊接工艺,其中包括封头筒节的加工工艺及装配焊接工艺、填写零件加工工艺过程卡、焊接工艺卡等。在制作封头时,根据封头尺寸计算出封头冲压模具凸模及凹模的具体尺寸。对产品易出质量问题的环节进行了分析说明,并提出了一定的解决方案。

Abstract
This dissertation mainly introduces the manufacturing technology and the tooling design of the nitrogen tank body. The head is made from the steel plate of Q345D, with the thickness of 24mm;The cylinder joint, steel plate of Q345D, 22mm. The nominal diameter of the cylinder is 2800mm. According to the standard for classification of the pressure vessel, the tank is called the class III type, and the process of manufacture, test and acceptance all agree with the regulation of GB150- paper formulates the manufacturing technology of the nitrogen tank body and the design of stamping die of the head in detail, on the basis of a mature discussion of the weldability of Q345D.
In the introduction of the manufacture craft, it not only analyzes the constitution, the request of making and employing of the nitrogen tank, but also the material and the mechanical properties of each part, the thesis describes the assembly welding procedure of the tank detailedly, including the processing of the cylinder joint of head, the general assembly welding procedure, filling the processing card of parts machining and welding technique, etc. When making the head plate, it is necessary to calculate the specific dimension of the male mould and the female mould according to the size of the head plate.
