摘要:基于国际通行的风险管理理论,结合国家住房和城乡建设部颁布的工程安全风险
管理规范性文件,广州地铁在实践中摸索建立了简称“六评六管一平台”的标准化城市轨道交
通工程安全风险管理体系,并在其他多个城市轨道交通工程中推广。应用的结果表明,该体系
有效地保障了人员和工程安全,提升了参建各方的安全风险管理水平。

Establishment of standard Safety Risk Management System for
Urban Transit project

Abstract: Based on the international general safety risk management theory, and integrated with criterion
files about project safety risk management promulgated by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural
Development of the People’s Republic of China(MOHURD), from the project practice, the Guangzhou Metro
Corporation (GMC) summarized the standard Safety Risk Management System for Urban Transit project,
which has been popularized in several other Chinese cities. The results of application indicated that this
System effectively guaranteed personnel and project safety, promoted the safety risk management level of
project participators at the same time.
