摘要目的探讨胃食管反流食管外症状的诊断及治疗。方法 218 例伴食管外症状的 GERD 患者随机分为 3 组给予

莫沙必利+ 奥美拉唑 20mg 每日 1 次 A 组、奥美拉唑 20mg 每日 1 次 B 组及莫沙必利+ 奥美拉唑 20mg 每日 1 次 C 组治疗。

观察治疗 6 个月的症状及体征情况。结果 B 组与 A、C 两组症状有效率及痊愈率差异显著 P < 0. 05 然而 A 组与 C 组无显
