中国建设银行贵州省分行人力资源配置问题研究
摘要
在全球化日益加剧的今天,经济是衡量一个国家综合实力的重要组成部分,
中国建设银行作为四大国有商业银行之一,是我国金融业的重要组成部分,在中
国经济中发挥着重要作用。随着我省金融市场的逐渐开放,诸多国内股份制商业
银行(如中信、浦发、招行等),乃至外资银行(花旗银行)正陆续进驻贵阳,
积极抢占市场份额,无疑将进一步加剧市场的竞争和人才争夺,也势必会对建设
银行贵州省分行今后的发展带来更加严峻的挑战。
为适应市场变化,只有不断提升自身竞争力,进一步转变发展方式,努力优
化人员结构,加强服务意识和营销能力,才能在日益激烈的竞争环境中发展壮大,
不断提升市场份额,增强经营业绩。
本文共分七个章节,简要介绍论文研究的背景和研究意义,阐述国内外关于
人力资源配置的相关理论和研究现状,通过对金融行业人力资源配置的内、外部
环境分析,以及建设银行贵州省分行的人员状况及在人力资源配置方面存在的主
要问题的分析,归纳并总结人力资源配置的有利条件和存在的突出问题,提出适
合贵州建行人力资源配置的基本原则和主要模式,并结合本单位人力资源改革工
作实际,提出进一步优化人力资源优化配置的对策措施。

abstraction
Nowadays , economic is regarded as an important factor to measure
Comprehensive National Power under the circumstances that globalization is
accelerating 。 China Construction Bank , one of the top 4 state-owned
commercial banks in China,plays a vital role in china’s economic as a part of
financial industry 。 With the increasingly opening of financial market in
Guizhou province,a lot mercial banks came to Guiyang such as china
citic bank,Shanghai Pudong Development Bank,China Merchants Bank and
even National City Bank of New York 。 They are racing to get more market
share,which would challenge China Construction Bank Guizhou branch and
aggravate market and human petition。
In order to improve in petition and get more market share ,
China Construction Bank has to enhance petitiveness by changing
development style and optimizing the human resource structure and
enhancing marketing ability。
This paper posed by seven chapters。 It introduced the background
the research began and its significance 。 It also stated some theories about
human resource management and referred current situation at home and
