摘要
中国城市雕塑自上世纪八十年代发展至今已有三十余年,随着城市建设的日
新月异,城市规划设计艺术品位的不断提高,为了提升城市品位,打造城市形象,
满足人们日益增长的物质与精神文化需要,在城市公共空间的发展建设中,与之
配套的公共艺术和环境艺术的设计也就提升到一个重要的地位。公共艺术中具有
代表性的大型城市雕塑,在社会生活中的重要性逐步体现出来。雕塑基座作为大
型城市雕塑创作中整体造型的一部分也越来越多的受到雕塑创作者和景观设计者
的重视。
本文主要针对雕塑基座发展的现状,先评析了中国雕塑基座的演变史及发展
过程中出现的问题,从而明确基座是雕塑作品的重要构成部分,它不但具有衬托
雕像的功能,解决了人们在观赏雕塑时对视距的需要;从整体来看,雕塑基座还
是雕塑造型的延伸,起到与周边环境协调过渡的作用。作者通过对基座的定义、
类型、主题、尺度等基本特征的解读,阐述了形态各异的雕塑基座可以反映出不
同的雕塑主题并带给人们不同的心理感受,指出基座对营造大型城市雕塑独特艺
术氛围,提高城市形象及促进城市文化发展的重要性和必要性,并进一步分析基
座与雕塑、公共环境的关系,归纳提出基座特有的艺术特征性和文化内涵。最后
结合雕塑基座创作实践进行案例研究分析,旨在为城市雕塑基座的设计提供有益
的理论参考。

Abstract
The Chinese metropolitan sculpture has been developing for more than 30 years
since 1980s. With the fastchanging of city construction , and improving of the artistic
taste in the urban planning and design, In order to improve their tastes, set up their
images, and satisfy people’s growing spiritual and cutural needs, during the
development of urban public space, the cities are paying more attention to the design
of public art and envirtonmental art. The importance of the large-scale urban sculpture
of which is representative in the public art,refleted gradually in social life,as a part of
overall modelling in the large-scale urban sculpture,The sculpture base is payed more
and more attention by sculpture creators and landscape designers.
This article mainly aims at the present situation of the devepment of sculpture
base, evaluates Chinese sculpture base until today and problems of the development
first, and cleares that base is an important part of the sculpture,it not only can foil
