脐血淋巴细胞亚群水平及其临床意义

【摘要】目的检测新生儿脐血淋巴细胞亚群水平,探讨新生儿脐血的免疫功能。方法 24例正常足月自然分娩新生儿脐血作为研究对象,26例健康成年献血员(男女不分)的血液作为对照,采用流式细胞术(FCM)检测脐血和成人血液中CD3(+)、CD4(+)、CD8(+)、CD19(+)、CD16+56(+)、CD4(+)/CD8(+)的水平,对结果进行统计学分析。结果脐血中CD3(+)、CD4(+)、CD8(+)的量明显低于对照组(P<<);CD4(+)/CD8(+)的水平明显高于对照组(P<);CD19(+)、CD16+56(+)的水平与对照组相比差异无显著性(P>)。结论脐血的淋巴细胞免疫功能低于健康成人。

Abstract: Objective To study the levels of lymphocyte subsets in cord blood and learn the immune function of cord blood. Methods Flow cytometry was used to show the levels of lymphocyte subsets (CD3(+), CD4(+), CD8(+), CD19(+) and CD16+56(+)) and to calculate the ratio of CD4(+)/CD8(+) in the cord blood from normal full-term neonates (cord blood group) and in the peripheral blood taken from healthy adult blood donors (control group). The results were analyzed statistically. Results The levels of CD3(+), CD4(+) and CD8(+) were significantly lower than that in control group(P< or <).
The value of CD4(+)/ CD8(+) was significantly higher in the cord blood than that in the control(P<). No significant differences in the levels of CD19(+) and CD16+56(+) were found between the cord blood and the control (P&gt;). Conclusion The lymphocyte immune function of neonates′ cord blood is lower than that of the peripheral blood from healthy adults.
