摘要
带有转换层的高层建筑结构是一种非常规的复杂高层结构形式其显著特点是
主要抗侧力构件沿结构竖向分布不连续结构竖向刚度分布不均匀在强烈地震作
用下结构易产生薄弱层是一种不利于工程抗震的结构形式在高烈度地区采用时
要注意采取合理的结构措施以保证工程结构的抗震性能要求基于性能设计的核心
思想是设计师对结构在遭遇地震作用时的破坏形态是可预见的地震灾害是可控
制的性能设计是实现被动抗震到主动抗震的一个巨大进步其关键是控制结构在
罕遇地震作用时的非线性变形本文将基于性能设计的思想与设计方法应用于实际
的复杂高层建筑结构的设计中并对这种带有梁式转换的复杂高层结构的设计方法
进行了研究
本文比较系统地介绍了转换层结构的类型特点以及带有梁式转换框支剪力墙
结构的设计要点论述了概念设计基于性能的结构设计在工程结构的抗震设计中
的重要性分析了高位转换对结构性能的不利影响结合工程实例采用了两种不同
力学分析模型进行了计算分析和对比并采用弹性时程分析对结构在多遇地震作用
下的弹性内力和变形结果进行了复核在该工程的结构设计中引入了性能设计(Per-
formance Based Design)的概念对转换层结构采用基于性能设计的设计思想进行
了尝试最后本文系统地论述了结构弹塑性分析的过程和影响因素重点分析了结
构分析的力学模型的选取和地震波的合理选择对结构在大震作用下的变形性能进
行了直观的描述通过对结构变形结果的分析表明本文应用概念设计以及性能设
计的思想是成功的
本文通过详细的分析研究提出了具有梁式转换复杂高层结构抗震设计时的参
考意见说明概念设计和基于结构性能的设计思想对工程抗震的重要性为今后此
类结构的设计提供了一个具体的可参考方法

Abstract
The high-rise building with transfer storey is a kind of unusual plicated
structure form, its salient characteristic is that distribution of the ponents
along vertical direction is not continuous, and the vertical stiffness is not uniform. It is
easy to form a weak layer in the structure under the action of a strong earthquake, it is a
kind of structure form which is unfavorable to the seism resistance and should be used
carefully in the high earthquake intensity area, so attention should be paid to process,
when taking the rational measures to ensure the earthquake resistant security of the
structure design. This thesis illuminates the core of the Performance Based
Design(PBD), . the failure mode of the structure under the action of earthquake is
predictable and the earthquake disaster is controllable. The PBD is an enormous progress
in the earthquake resistance design, in which the design is conducted actively rather than
passively the key of the PBD, is the control of the nonlinear deformation of structure in
condition of seldom occurred seismic. This thesi
