[摘要] 目的:检测Th17类细胞因子IL-17和Th1类细胞因子IFN-γ在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者中的表达,以此来探讨溃疡性结肠炎的发病机制。方法:用ELISA法分别检测溃疡性结肠炎患者和正常对照组结肠组织及血单核细胞中IL-17和IFN-γ的表达。结果:UC组结肠组织中IL-17表达较正常对照组显著增加();而UC组结肠组织IFN-γ表达较正常对照组无显著增加();UC组血单核细胞IL-17、IFN-γ表达较正常对照组无显著差异()。结论:局部IL-17升高在UC的发病中可能起重要作用。

[Abstract] Objective:Th17 cytokines IL-17 and Th1 type cytokines IFN-γ in ulcerative colitis (UC) patients expressed so as to explore the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis. Methods:ELISA,were detected in patients with ulcerative colitis and normal colon tissue and the control group blood mononuclear cells of IL-17 and IFN-γ :UC Colonic tissue IL-17 pared with control group increased significantly ();while the UC group colon of IFN-γ pared with control group had no significant increase ();UC group blood mononuclear cell IL-17,IFN-γ pared with control group had no significant difference (). Conclusion:Local IL-17 increased in the pathogenesis of UC may play an important role.
