900MW 超临界汽轮机的性能特点及分析

要:
分析外高桥二期 2
900M W 汽轮机的技术特点, 该机取消了调节级, 优化了整机叶型及进汽方式,
采用推杆系统及对分桶型高压外缸、窄法兰中压外缸、单支点轴系及特殊的汽缸与凝汽器及与基础的联接结
构等, 提高了效率, 使汽轮机能在冷、温、热态下均能快速启动, 在各种工况下振动小且稳定。另外, 本文还对
机组负荷调节能力强, 超速小、安全性好及自动化程度高等方面进行了阐述和分析。该机组上述特点证明,
其整体性能已达到。

T his thesis analy ses the technical feature of 2
900M W steam turbines in Waig aoqiao Project Phase
II. T he unit is designed to o pt imize blade profile and admissio n mode w ith no co ntro l stage, by using push rod
sy stems, divided barrel
t ype H P outer casing, narrow flange IP o uter casing w ith a ro tationally sy mmetrical
desig n, single suppo rt bearing sy stem, rig id co nnection betw een L P outer casing and its condenser, and the
special suppo rt o f the co ndenser fo undation etc, w hich greatly improv es t he efficiency o f the unit, enables the
unit to start quickly in cold, w arm and hot conditio ns, and m inimizes the vibrat ion of the unit w ith st abilit y in
