新型个性化蛋糕定制网站的设计研究

摘要
近年来,市场经济的极快速发展导致了商品的泛滥,市场供多于求。商品的相对过剩,说明由消费者占主导地位的买方市场已经确立。个性化产品定制的概念为我们带来了新的生产模式,使得能够产生出更多产品的同时,还拥有更短的产品生命周期以及更高的产品质量,这使得产品具有成本低、交货期短、质量高,并且独一无二的特点。根据客户提出来的特别需求,为客户量身定做属于他们个人的,极具个性化的产品,并凭此来提高商家的服务水平和客户的满意度,这就是个性化定制的中心思想。基于此,本文主要针对目前的个性化定制概念,以蛋糕定制网站为例,研究分析新型个性化蛋糕定制与传统蛋糕产业、传统蛋糕定制网站的区别与优势,并且设计一个新型的蛋糕定制网站,以期为现有的蛋糕产业与蛋糕网站提出新的意见与建议。
本文主要研究内容包括:
对定制网站的交互形式进行研究。类比市场上定制网站的交互形式,分析用户在定制过程中产生的交互方式;然后通过对用户的调查分析,结合服务设计的知识,提出在可对产品进行三维浏览的情形下定制网站可拥有的更好的交互方式。
在以上研究的基础上,设计一款蛋糕定制网站,为传统的蛋糕产业、蛋糕定制网站提出新的建议和意见。

Abstract
In recent years, the market economy developed very quickly, which led to the proliferation modities, the market demand for more. Relative surplus of goods, indicating that dominated by the consumer buyer's market has been established. The concept of personalized products tailored to bring us a new mode of production. Produce more products at the same time, also has a shorter product life cycles and higher product quality. This makes the product with low cost, short delivery time, high quality and unique features. The central idea of ​​customization is proposed according to the customer's specific needs, tailored to customers belonging to their personal, highly personalized products, and to improve the business by virtue of the level of service and customer satisfaction.
