摘要
本文研究的是发动机电控系统的检测与故障诊断知识,介绍了汽车发动机电控系统的概述和发动机电控系统故障诊断基本知识、发动机电子设备的故障诊断、发动机电控系统的检修以及发动机电控系统常见故障的检修等。
在发动机电控系统的概述中分别介绍了电控点火装置(ESA)、电子燃油喷射系统(EFI)、废气再循环控制(EGR)、怠速控制(ISC)、气门正时控制、二次空气喷射、油气蒸发控制等,论述了它们的组成、工作原理和作用。在电子设备的故障诊断章节中介绍了汽车线路及电子设备的特点以及电路故障诊断与检修要点。在第五章节中介绍了发动机各电控系统的检修,具体论述了各系统检修的方法,步骤,及注意事项等,并附加了流程图和表格图片。电控系统常见故障的诊断与检修,列举了一些常见的维修案例,论述了故障的现象、可能的原因及故障排除方法等。

Abstract:
The study of the subject is the electronic control system of engine test and fault diagnosis of automobile engine electronic control system, introduces the overview and basic knowledge of engine electronic control system fault diagnosis, engine electronic equipment fault diagnosis, engine control system maintenance mon fault of the engine electronic control system maintenance.

In the final chapter describes the electronic control mon fault diagnosis and maintenance, lists mon repair case, discusses the fault phenomenon, possible causes and troubleshooting methods.
