基于 IGRS 协议的数字家庭的设计与实现
摘要
随着数字和信息技术的发展,机顶盒的功能已经不再局限于简单的接收电视信号,它
逐渐向着多元化的方向发展,如具有转储功能、能够接入到网络中、实现视频点播等,然
而,虽然它已经接入到网络中,某种意义上它还是处于“孤立”状态,因为机顶盒并不像
电脑一样具有高速 CPU 和良好的交互功能,因此解决机顶盒的“孤立”问题,使其能够和
PC 机无障碍的共享资源,建立真正意义的数字家庭已经成为一个新的课题,本文就是在这
样的背景下产生的。
设计的主要功能是实现机顶盒和 PC 机之间视频、音频等资源共享。实现过程中机顶
盒采用高度集成的媒体处理器 PNX8550 为处理器,加载定制的 Linux 操作系统,在其上运
行 IGRS 协议,配以 Samba 协议,实现所需功能。PC 机端软件采用 Boa 和 CGI 技术,配
以 IGRS 协议,设计出在 PC 机上运行的软件,通过机顶盒与 PC 机上软件的协同工作,完
成机顶盒和 PC 机的设备互联和资源共享。
实践证明该系统的研制具有很高的现实意义,不仅很好的解决了机顶盒和电视处于
“孤立”状态的问题,而且扩展了 PC 机在数字家庭中的应用,在一定意义上促进了数字
家庭的发展。

DESIGN AND REALIZATION OF DIGITAL HOME
BASED ON IGRS PROTOCAL
ABSTRACT
With the development of the digital and information technology, the functions of set-top
box is no longer limited to receive TV signals simply. It has gradually toward the direction of
diversification, such as dumping function, being able to access to work and so on.
Although the set-top box has joined into work, it is still in the “isolate” state in a sense. As
the set-top box is not the same as puter with high-speed CPU and good interactive features,
the problem of help the set-top box not in “isolate” state has e a new subject. Therefore,
the paper mainly studies this subject.
The main function of the design is to achieve the resource sharing between set-top box and
PC. The main resource includes video, audio and so on. In the implementation process, set-top
box choose PNX8550 as its PNX8550 is a highly integrated processor. Besides,the
design choose customized Linux as set-top box’s the help of IGRS protocol and
Samba,set-top box can achieve the required PC side, the design using Boa and CGI
technology, coupled with IGRS protocol to design a software running on the PC. Though t
