Abstract: Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) are multipotent stromal
cells, which have been widely used in transplantation for the repair of cells, tissues ans in
various disease models. BM-MSCs can differentiate into a cardiomyocyte (CMs) phenotype in
vitro and in vivo under certain inducing conditions, which brings hope to the treatment of heart
diseases and improving cardiac function. Wnt signaling pathway plays a key role in the normal
cardiovascular development and tissue remodelling in the mature heart ,so we mainly discuss the
function of Wnt signaling pathway
