摘要:针对现有模拟滤波器电路故障预测技术方面的不足,提出了基于粒子滤波算法的剩余
使用寿命预测方法。首先,提取模拟滤波器电路的特征参数,并采用欧式距离计算出反映电
路性能退化趋势的故障指示器;其次,根据故障指示器找出电路性能退化的故障模型;最后,
将故障模型与粒子滤波算法相结合,预测出电路的剩余使用寿命。以 Sallen-key 带通滤波器
为例,预测电路的剩余使用寿命,结果表明,本文提出的方法可以以较高的精度预测出了电
路的剩余实用寿命。

Abstract: Aiming at the issue of failure prognosis technique of analog filters, a method based on
particle filter(PF) algorithm is proposed for remaining useful life(RUL) prediction. Firstly, analog
filters frequency features are extracted. Based on the extracted features, a fault indicator (FI) based
on Euclidean distance monitoring the degradation trend of the analog filters is developed for
failure prognosis. Then, a model is developed based on the degradation trend exhibited by the FI.
Finally, PF approach is applied to model adaption and RUL prediction. Sallen-key band-pass filter
is used as an example to demonstrate this approach. The experimental results show that the
proposed prognostic approach can predict the RUL of analog filters with high precision.
