摘要:目的研究前列腺间质细胞 WPMY-I 对前列腺癌细胞膜联蛋白 A1(ANXA1) mRNA 表达的影响。方法构
建前列腺间质细胞/前列腺癌细胞共培养模型,提取有无间质细胞共培养条件下的前列腺癌细胞的总 mRNA,
逆转录后行荧光定量 PCR 检测 ANXA1 mRNA 表达。结果 WPMY-1 共培养的前列腺癌细胞的 ANXA1 mRNA 表
达比单独培养的前列腺癌细胞显著降低(P<)。结论前列腺间质细胞对前列腺癌细胞的 ANXA1 mRNA
表达有下调作用。
