农产品物流系统绩效评价体系研究

摘要

我国是农业大国,农业生产资料和农产品的流量巨大,但农产品在流通过程中损失很
大,每年有25%~30%的水果、蔬菜在采摘、运输、储存等环节上白白的损耗掉。主要原因
是由于现阶段我国的农产品物流无论在理论上还是实践中仍处于起步阶段,仍以常温物流
或自然物流形式为主。农产品物流的发展,可以加快农产品流通,促进传统农业向现代农
业转变,增加农民的收入,推进农业产业结构调整,加快农业现代化进程,更有助于全面
解决“三农”问题。
本文首先对该领域主要的研究现状进行了综述,在此基础上论述了论文的理论研究与
现实研究意义;然后阐述了本文涉及的相关理论。在第三章,分析了农产品物流系统的结
构,对现有的农产品物流系统模式进行了扩展,得出了农产品物流系统的二维结构模型;
介绍了河北省农产品物流系统所处的外部环境的现状,分析了河北省的农产品物流系统的
结构。第四章,通过对农产品物流系统的外部环境、组织结构、运作效果的分析,选取适
合的指标,建立了农产品物流系统绩效评价指标体系。最后,对已经设立的指标体系采取
专家打分法和层次分析法赋予权重,计算得出各具体指标相对于总目标的权重,最后找出
影响农产品物流系统的关键因素,并提出了建议。

ABSTRACT
China is a big agricultural country, has a huge means of production and agricultural
products, but in the process of agricultural circulation there is a great loss, each year, there is
about 25% to 30% of fruits, vegetables waste in picking, transporting, storaging processes. The
main reason is because that nowadays, our agricultural products logistics both in theory and
practice is still in its infancy, mostly in the form of room temperature logistics or natural-based
logistics. The development of agricultural products logistics, can accelerates the circulating of
agricultural products, and promotes the transforming traditional agriculture into modern
agriculture, and increases boorish e, and pushes agricultural industrial structure adjustment,
and accelerates agricultural modernization drive, and facilitates solving the problem of peasant,
country and agriculture.
This paper summarizes the researched status quo about supply chain performance
measurement and agricultural products logistics at first, then we discussed the significance of our
