目前我国大多数中小企业还未实现价值链管理,工作效率低下和资源浪费的情况随
处可见,同时阻碍了信息化管理的步伐。但是,进行有效的价值链管理需要完善的数据
做基础,经过创新的投入产出表可以满足价值链管理的这一需求。使得企业在提升价值
链管理水平的同时,进行了投入产出分析。
由于传统的投入产出表及投入产出模型在进行价值链管理时存在缺陷,本研究用价
值链管理思想对传统的投入产出表进行了改造,通过价值链管理思想的融入和对传统投
入产出表的创新,设计价值链投入产出表和投入产出模型。在此基础上,以河北安吉宏
业机械股份有限公司的一个生产车间为例,把投入产出分析具体应用于价值链管理。首
先编制价值链投入产出表,根据直接消耗系数分析价值链的薄弱环节,为价值链事后管
理提供数据化的建议。其次,根据该生产车间的目标利润,制定目标价值链投入产出表,
作为下一阶段的工作目标,并将目标价值链投入产出表和当期的价值链投入产出表进行
对比、找出差距,差距即为要实现预定目标,各环节所应付出的努力。根据差距大小,
确定下一阶段的价值链管理工作重点,据此进行事前管理并提供管理对策,把一切浪费
降到最低。

Abstract
At present in China, most of small and medium-sized enterprises, with low efficiency
and waste of resources, have not conducted value chain management and so as to hinder the
pace of information management. However, effective value chain management needs the base
of perfect data. After innovative input-output table can satisfy this demand, which makes the
enterprise to increase the value chain management level, and at the same time, carry on the
input-output analysis.
Due to the defects of the traditional input-output table and input-output model, this paper
reforms the traditional input-output table with the value chain management ideas. By
integrating the value chain management ideas and innovating the traditional input-output table,
design value chain input-output table and input-output model. On this basis, taking a
workshop of Hebei Anji Hongye Machinery Co.,Ltd as an example, apply the input-output
analysis to the value chain management. At first, prepare the value chain input-output table,
and according to the direct consumption coefficients, analyze the weak link of the value chain,
and provide digital suggestions for the value chain remedial management. Secondly,
according to the target profit of the workshop, prepare the target value chain input-output
table as the next target
